If your seeing errors while trying to post your Vimeo video into your templates, try the following steps.

Errors you may see are:

 Step 1.

Make sure the privacy for the video is set to public.  It it says "unlisted link" or anything else, you may have trouble.   If it does, click on it and change it to public.

Step 2.

Use the "Copy video link" from your library.   This will copy the URL into your clipboard.

Step 3.

Paste the URL into the Video link on My Event Cafe.  BUT, you'll need to remove the last part of that link as Vimeo has made a recent change.  Your link should not end in "?share=copy:

Incorrect:  https://vimeo.com/123456789?share=copy

Correct:    https://vimeo.com/123456789
