If you get and email from Twilio and they want account verification (or they are asking about user opt-in/out-out or message consent).  They are simply trying to be sure your not just sending random messages to users....  basically they are trying to prevent TEXT Spamming.   So, they are wanting to make sure you're following guidelines for TEXTing.  The good news is that we have already created the response!

So, you can reply with the following, be sure to include the pictures..    If you have trouble creating an email with this information send us an email to support@myeventcafe.com with the Subject "Need Twilio Response for Consent" and we'll reply with this information.  Let us know if they have any other questions or you need more help.

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

The web site where I'm using Twilio is https://myeventcafe.com where I'm a customer of theirs.  I run class events on this web site for invited users only.   I use Twilio as an optional notification to my event attendees.  An example message looks like this:   'Mary Jane has responded to your comment.  Type STOP to unsubscribe' OR  'Today's topic will be Sleep!  Type STOP to unsubscribe'

Users must register for my events via a registration page.  The user must also create an account and choose how they will be notified (Email, Text, or Telegram).  If they choose TEXT, they must provide their phone number.  They may change how they receive notifications at any time by either choosing a different notification option, or canceling their event registration.   They also have the option of not being notified at all.   All of this is customizable on the user profile page.  (user registration and user profile displayed below)

Also, My Event Cafe wanted me to refer you to Twilio Ticket#  6120466  &  6117259 for further explanation.
