Once you have an event scheduled and the event has started, you can send a 'broadcast' message to all your registered users. Simply navigate to your Scheduled Events and find the Event. Then click on the 'Message' Icon.
A window will be displayed where you can type your message. In this example, a message will be sent to 12 users. The message will only contain exactly what you type and the user cannot reply.
